If a server is enabled and you wish to make the call Server->RTG 100 to ‘reawaken’ the GPRS module, a second

SIM card will be required. In this case, you have two choices of SIM card to be inserted into the GSM modem: a

TELEPHONE + DATA SIM card, or a DATA SIM card with FAX calls enabled. In the second case, in order to make

and receive FAX calls, you will need to enable on the same SIM the service on the FAX/DATA line. This can be

done as follows:

NOT SUPPORTED UPS

For some UPS models, the RTG 100 module can operate only through the use of optional card MULTICOM 362. It

is therefore necessary, if you wish the operation of the module RTG 100 in this type of UPS, the mounting of such

option card.

The UPS needing additional option card are as follows

- SDL (SENTINEL DUAL HIGH POWER)

- SPW – SPT (SENTINEL POWER)
